From this, Kara with the help of some fabulous people who also
love great food, created Cinnies. The creation was
actually more of an evolution of try, taste, test & change until
we create the perfect cinnamon bun recipe. Well over 3
years now!
Traditionally, cinnamon buns are
usually of either a bread or a pastry texture. The bread
style of cinnamon buns remain tasty and moist for a few hours
whereas the pastry type can sit for days and remain yummy in
their own crunchy, flaky way.

unique is that we've created a recipe and technique which makes
our buns best the day after they are baked and they remain
exceptionally tasty for several days....and this was all done
using the very best wholly natural and organic ingredients
- NO TRANS FATS HERE!
Our goal is and has always been to
create delicious, beautiful gifts using only amazing
ingredients.
